Where commissioned, review CAD and a physical sample against the brief. Record changes to dimensions, stones, finish and fit rather than relying only on informal messages.

Make to the approved brief.
Production proceeds after the required approvals and agreed payment milestones. Changes after approval may affect cost or timing and should be agreed before implementation.
At this stage: The order manufactured against the accepted specification.
Check the details that matter.
The handover requirements should include checks appropriate to the piece: dimensions, finish, stone setting, functional parts and the agreed material specifications. Packaging, delivery and documentation are confirmed with the order.

Carry the learning forward.
Use the approved design references for reorders. Confirm current material prices, availability and scheduling, and document any changes arising from customer feedback.
