to a considered assortment.
La Roche works with trade customers developing rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces and bracelets. The production route depends on the construction, stone requirements, quantity and finish of each piece.
We review these details before confirming the scope. A simple gold form and an intricate multi-stone piece need different development time, setting work and inspection.
What a production brief covers.
Gold specification
Purity, colour, target weight, dimensions and the finish required for your collection.
Stone specification
Stone type, size, quantity, quality expectations and any requested laboratory documentation.
Construction
Setting style, proportions, ring sizes, chain lengths, clasps and other functional details.
Production scope
Order quantities, sample approval, tolerances, delivery requirements and repeat-order plans.
A specification worth keeping.
Once approved, the design and production details become the reference for the order. Reorders should be checked against that reference, including any agreed changes in materials, sizes or finish.
Discuss sample requirements before committing to a batch. A rendered image communicates a design; a physical sample helps evaluate scale, comfort, construction and finish.
Before we quote.
Share a sketch, photographs you have permission to use, or an existing CAD file. Add the desired gold purity, stone details, approximate quantities and target date. If a target budget matters, include it early so design choices can be assessed against it.
Minimum quantities, pricing and delivery timing are confirmed for the individual project. They depend on materials, complexity and the current production schedule.
